Itineraries

Day 1

Cusco to Wayllabamba (2,600m)

  • Early morning transfer from Cusco to Km 82, the official starting point of the trail.

  • Trek begins through beautiful Andean valleys, crossing rivers and walking past small villages.

  • Reach Wayllabamba and settle at camp.

  • Dinner and overnight camping.

Day 2

Wayllabamba to Pacaymayo (3,600m)

  • egin the most challenging day with a trek to Dead Woman’s Pass (4,215m), the highest point of the trail.

  • Enjoy panoramic views of snow-capped peaks and high-altitude landscapes.

  • Descend to Pacaymayo for overnight camping.
